| 1978 | The proprietorship firm was converted into a partnership firm with CA.C.Panneerselvam, CA.R.Palaniappan and CA.S.Vaithyanathan joining the firm. The firm's name was renamed as "V.Krishnan & Co.", with Head Office at Vellore and branches at Karur and Pondicherry. |
| 1979 | Started providing Statutory Audit service to Public Sector Undertakings. |
| 1980 | Started providing Statutory Audit service to Public Sector Banks and also FC-3 Audits. |
| 1983 | New branch was opened at Tirunelveli, with CA.N.Appadurai joining our firm. |
| 1990 | Head Office was shifted to Chennai with CA.V.Krishnan taking charge at Chennai. |
| 1990 | Additional branch was opened at Vellore with CA.V.Jayaraman and CA.M.Gopinath joining our firm. |

| 2006 | With merger of the firm J.S.Ram Mohan & Co. with our firm, two more partners, viz., CA.J.S.Soundararajan and CA.S.Ravichandran joined the firm and a new branch at Tiruvannamalai was opened. |

| 2011 | New branch at Chennai - Velacherry was formed |
